Spa Policies
Appointments :

We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation.
Arrival Time :

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time while the full services fee will still apply.
Cancellation Policy :

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy :

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full value of the reserved service.
Health Conditions :

Please inform your therapist or esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before your treatment so we can provide services safely and effectively.
Mobile Phones & Quiet Environment :

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones be silenced while in the spa.
Children :

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. To preserve a tranquil environment, we recommend arranging childcare during your visit.
Gift Cards :

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Personal Belongings :

Absolutely Thai Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unattended personal belongings.
Right to Refuse Service :

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or conduct that may compromise the comfort, safety, or well-being of our guests and staff.
Gratuity :

Gratuities are appreciated and may be given directly to your therapist at your discretion.
